I'm writing this from the studio of Ekta, in Göteborg, Sweden, where we're working on pieces for the street and our up-coming show at the Don Gallery in Milan in November - http://thedongallery.blogspot.com/ above is some work in progress (well, the last piece is probably finished... we'll see) Ekta is addicted to his flickr stats, so maybe you should check there for more stuff, and make him feel popular! http://www.flickr.com/photos/3kta/
until you've taught them to read thanks to Mr. Trick for the image and Prince for the advice...
Unfortunately not in person, but for those of you living in that part of the world, look out for my interview in issue 6 of King Brown magazine. I also designed the paper bag/cover for this issue, and Berlin's number 1 street photographer JUST shot my portrait/studio for the article. Cheers JUST. And cheers to Yok for the invite to be in the mag I also have a piece of work in an exhibition of hand-drawn typographic work. More info at this link: www.gofonturself.com.au all right! Mob Skateboards (formerly Hessenmob) sent me one of their new cruiser decks, and some 57mm 78a "street magic" wheels. I pimped the graphic of course, set it up in a frenzy, then rode it today. was super fun, high speed loose truck cruising. wheel base is a couple centimetres longer than a regular board, so a little more stable at speed. maybe the tail is a little skinny (nearly slipped off at one stage) but overall I like this deck a lot! and the wheels are super SUPER fast! so rad! go check the Mob out right now: http://www.mob-skateboards.com/ oh! and I've got a new "skull" board graphic out, plus three new t-shirt designs, all available now HALT DURCH, DIGGERS! p.s. next year the Mob celebrates it's 10th anniversary, so expect some very special products. I'll keep ya posted...
